You are responsible for reading all of this information carefully.

CHICAGO CLIENTS ONLY!! (DO NOT BOOK ON THE SITE!!) 

if you do your deposit isn't refundable it'll go towards your service for the next time i'm in town

No calls no shows will have a $30 fee to book your next appointment. If not paid you're not allowed to book again!

• $15 deposits are REQUIRED for makeup!! (Text will be sent out for deposit)

• $25 deposit is REQUIRED for hairstyle!! (Text will be sent out for deposit) 

• PLEASE ADD EMAIL AND NUMBER WHEN BOOKING.

• Appointment not booked until deposit is paid. I will conform appointment again via text 

• Deposits are to hold and lock your appointment in.

• Services with hair included, deposit will be full price for the cost of the bundles

• I DO NOT HOLD SPOTS FOR ANYONE!

 

If you cancel the deposit is NON-Refundable.  The FULL balance will be due at the time of your appointment in CASH!! please have exact change as I may not have changed.

RULES 

• DO NOT book if you or anyone in your home is sick

• All services comes with shampoo, deep conditioning treatment & end trim if needed.. Please DO NOT have any OILS or other Products on your & weave If you do it'll be an extra $35 to shampoo and dry or $8 each bundle, frontal or closure. 

• All BinnaBeautyBundles come co-wash before installed. 

• If you arrive at your appointment sick you will be asked to reschedule.

• Absolutely NO EXTRA PEOPLE!

• I take my time with each client. Please book so that you have time to enjoy the service and are not in a rush.  ​

• Read over the cancellation policy

• Must bring closures, wig & frontal  3 days before your appointment. $50 fee if its not dropped off 3 days before,  Drop off time 10am-5pm, Drop off must be scheduled the day you book.

• Bring bundles a week before for custom colors. (between 10am-4pm)  

• Write your name, time and date of your app on/with your closure,frontal or bundle package.

• Add date and time in notes before booking, with the date and time youll be making your drop off. 

• Have the right email,phone number and name before booking.

• Before you book please add your drop off date in the msg box, or text me the same day you book your with the date and time. 

• Check email, spam, and junk mail or text me  if you haven't received  your conformation email.
